BaZi pillars are corrected for longitude and the equation of time. Month pillars are built from true Jie Qi solar terms, not from the calendar.
Honest randomness
The I Ching cast uses the operating system's secure random generator and reproduces the classical yarrow distribution — 1/16 · 5/16 · 7/16 · 3/16 — exactly. All 384 line texts are in place.

Yes. The ascendant and houses need a time; Rytho states clearly that the time is unknown and makes no claims there. In BaZi the hour pillar is never built — it reads with three pillars.
