Account & Data Deletion

Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the Rytho app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Account.
- Tap "Delete account" at the bottom and complete the typed confirmation.
Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account, birth data, chat history, diary notes, added people, friendships, wallet/credit records, the profile photo you uploaded, notification records, AI usage records, phone verification attempts and the feedback you sent us are removed from our servers, and your identity record (Firebase) is deleted. De-identified technical data such as crash reports expires under the provider's standard retention. If you have a store subscription, cancel it separately in Google Play subscriptions — deleting the account does not stop store billing.
What is kept
Three records are kept on purpose, and we say so plainly here:
- Your purchase and refund records — financial documents that tax law requires us to keep for five years. They contain only the product, the amount and the date.
- The audit trail of administrator actions — the evidence of who did what and why; if it could be deleted it would not be an audit trail.
- Any reports you filed — they concern the safety of other people.
If you cannot access the app
Email aslan.mh@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject "account deletion". After identity verification, your account and the data listed above are deleted within 30 days and you will be notified.
Partial deletion
- Diary notes: can be deleted individually in the app.
- Added people: removing a person from My Circle deletes their data.
- Conversations: chats not opened for 30 days are deleted automatically; individual chats can be deleted in the app.
